PACKAGE PROTECTION INFO.
By opting out of SmartShyp Package Protection, you are agreeing to take responsibility for your shipment once it leaves DIME Beauty’s facility. Once shipments leave our facility they become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer.
For this reason, we offer package protection. This will help to cover any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If any of those things occur, SmartShyp package protection will be able to either refund your purchase or place a new order on your behalf.
