What is a DIME subscription?

A DIME subscription allows customers to go through checkout "one time" and receive automatic orders at their selected delivery frequency. Depending on usage, customers can choose reoccurring orders to be delivered every 30, 45, 60, 75, or 90 days.

The initial purchase will be billed to the customer's account as soon as they subscribe. Subsequent billing for automated orders will then take place on the set frequency interval selected during the initial purchase. Subscriptions will be shipped out one business day after payment is successfully collected.
How does it work?

DIME product subscriptions are easy to navigate. Simply search for the product or bundle you are looking for, select "subscription" rather than "one-time purchase," choose the desired delivery frequency and add to cart! Customers can manage their subscriptions online through their DIME Beauty account and log in to swap, skip, or cancel their subscriptions at any time.
How much does it cost?

Subscription price varies between each product and bundle. However, all subscriptions are discounted 15% off the original product price. Subscribe and save 15% on all reoccurring subscription orders.
Can I use a discount code when purchasing a subscription?

Most discount codes cannot be stacked on our Subscription discounts. However, during special sales, we offer unique discount codes that apply directly to subscriptions and can be added on top of the already discounted 15% off.
Will my discount code apply to all future orders?

If you have a stackable subscription discount code, your discount will auto apply to future reoccurring orders as long as your subscription remains active.
