Cleansing Duo

I absolutely love these products. I started using them about 2 years ago. I use to only wash my face when I wore makeup not realizing that that wasn't the only time I should be washing my face. Neither my mom or m older sisters ever taught or did anything different either. As I have been aging I have seen the how much better my skin would be with a daily routine. Now or day or night goes by without me using these. I know they have helped keep my face vibrant. I get complimented all the time that I look at least 10 years younger than I actually am. I feel these helped with that.

I just asked for a refund for what will be my last shipment with Dime, as *yet again* my order arrived as goopy shattered glass mess in the mail. And just like groundhog day, when I contacted Dime to report the issue, they told me I should've paid extra for shipping insurance, but will send me a "courtesy" replacement this one time. Except that's what happened before, and the replacements ALSO arrived shattered. I don't have the time or the desire to be going round-and-round with customer service to get my products, nor do I think it's right to be forced to pay additional "shipping protection" charges when this clearly comes down to an issue with with their packing and shipping practices. I'm over it, and will be taking my business elsewhere Which is a bummer, because Ive used their products for years and really do like it. But this is utter BS.
