Application

Step 1: Cleanse

Skin Type: Combination, Dry, Normal, Oily, Sensitive

For the first step of your double cleanse, apply a quarter-size amount of balm onto dry hands. Rub between your fingers to warm up the product and massage in circular motions on a dry face. Remove with a damp, lukewarm cloth and rinse with water for a refreshing finish. Always cleanse with a DIME water-based cleanser after application. For a deeply hydrating and nourishing mask, apply to clean, dry skin before bed and allow the product to work overnight.

Step 2: Exfoliate

Skin Type: Combination, Dry, Normal, Oily, Sensitive

Apply generously all over the body, in circular motions for at least 60 seconds, avoiding the face and neck areas. Use before applying a body wash. For best results, use 2-3 times a week.

Step 3: Tone

Skin Type: Combination, Dry, Normal, Oily, Sensitive

After cleansing with DIME cleanser, saturate a cotton ball or cotton pad with Super Skin Toner. Apply to the face in a circular motion. Avoid the eye area. For best results, follow with the application of a DIME serum and moisturizer.

Step 4: Serum

Skin Type: Combination, Dry, Normal, Oily, Sensitive

After cleansing face with a DIME cleanser, apply 3-5 drops to the face and neck areas. For best results, use daily in the morning; can also be applied at night, if desired.

Apply in the evening directly after use of DIME facial serums. For best results, use daily.

For best results, apply 2-3 sprays directly to face. Apply after DIME facial serums and before DIME moisturizers. This enhances product performance and locks in hydration. Also, apply as often as needed throughout the day for a hydration boost.

Apply Tinted Wonderscreen generously to cover the entire face and neck area. Always use as the last step in a routine. Ideally, apply every two hours.

Is this a setting spray?

Hi I’m in love with all my Dime Beauty products and I don’t use anything but Dime!! I’m interested in the thirsty face mist, but I have combo skin, seems more oily during summer, and dry during winter. Would this product make my skin more oily or look oily if used during the time my skin is more oily prone?

Is the thirsty face mist supposed to have color to it? The pump leaked a bit and it was yellow.. is that normal?

Yes that is completely normal, due to the clean ingredients that we use in the formula, our Thirsty Face Mist is supposed to be a cloudy/yellow color. Is this safe to use while nursing?
Hi there Jessica! Thank you so much for reaching out + your interest in our brand and products, it truly means the world to us. That's a great question! All of our products have been deemed safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding but there are 2 ingredients up for question-- depending on who you ask. The first one is the Mandelic Acid in our TBT Serum and the second ingredient is our Salicylic Acid in our Power Patches and Whipped Exfoliating Mask. We use a very small amount of those ingredients in these products and are leaving it up to our customers regard of whether they feel comfortable using the products. We also recommend consulting with your doctor as we know everyone's situation is a little different. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns and we would be more than happy to help.
