1. What is the objective of the Hyper Glow™ Serum?
Our Hyper Glow™ Serum is an amazing product for increased brightness, tightness, and overall skin health. It is also an incredible antioxidant boost which helps to fight against damage caused by environmental stressors.
2. How do you use the Hyper Glow™ Serum?
Apply 3-4 drops to the skin after cleansing and toning. Follow with a moisturizer of your choice.
3. How often should I use the Dewy Day Cream?
Dewy Day Cream has been formulated to use every morning for the best results. Apply after you have washed your face with a DIME® cleanser and applied a DIME® facial serum.
4. How long will these bottles last?
This can obviously depend on usage, but if the recommended amount is being used you can plan on 30 - 60 days.
5. The color of my Hyper Glow™ changed to yellow, why is that?
Because this contains Vitamin C, if it comes in contact enough with oxygen it will slightly oxidize and it may vary in color from clear to light yellow to dark amber. If the color becomes dark in color it may be time to replace your Hyper Glow™.
6. When I apply the Hyper Glow™ Serum, it has a slight tingle/stinging feeling, why is that?
As with all skincare products, it may take some time for your skin to adjust to the new products. Stinging, redness, and slight irritation can all be side effects of a Vitamin C product if you haven't used vitamin c in the past or this is your first time using our product. This isn't anything to be alarmed of. This is simply your skin going through cell turnover.
If redness, irritation, and stinging continue after consistent use, please discontinue.
