i ordered this roller, just for half the product to be missing because it leaked outside of the roller ball and out of the bottle. i was able to order a another one through an exchange, and Dime said i didn’t need to return the damaged product and sent me a new one free of charge. same thing happened, 95% of product missing. i did the exchange process again, and they put paper in the box this time and set the bottle upright and it didn’t leak out. i feel like for boxes being bounced around during shipping, if a product is going to leak outside of a roller ball, maybe they should find a better way to package the product to protect this from happening, or maybe even improving the bottle itself. otherwise, the roller ball bottles are going to leak as soon as you lay them down.
other than that, service is great, and they have wonderful, non-toxic products that smell AMAZING!!

This is my favorite perfume scent ever but the rollerballs leak a ton so whenever they come in the mail it’s always leaked a ton. Wish dime was keeping this scent but in the new spray mini version.

It smells so good and just perfect for day or night. It's a little sweet, a little woodsy, with a splash of seduction. It's truly perfect! My first shipment came with a bottle that had leaked and only had a little in the bottom. Dime shipped a new one out immediately. Their customer service is really special! Customer for life!

We use Organic Sugar Cane Alcohol in place of frequently used Alcohol SD 40, which has been shown to be aggressive on the skin. Also, our cruelty-free and vegan perfumes are comprised of naturally derived and safe synthetic ingredients. We strategically blend botanical-based and lab-made ingredients to ensure our perfumes are safe and hypoallergenic.
We recommend spraying the perfume on major pulse points, lightly tap wrists together and gently place onto the neck and below the ears.
You will not have to worry about it discoloring your clothes. If applying to the entire body spray a few pumps roughly 12 inches away and step into the fragrance mist.
This can depend on usage, but if the recommended amount is being used you can plan on 30-120 days.
This discoloration over time is typical for clean and natural perfumes. It will not affect the fragrance in any way.
