Do your products help with acne? 

Yes! Our Creamy Foam Cleanser is a great option for those struggling with Acne, and is certified for the treatment of acne. We also have products that aid in diminishing the appearance of blemishes such as our, Super Skin Toner, Power Patches, and Blue Facial Oil. Many customers find that when they use a full system of DIME products they experience a more even skin tone and complexion. See their comments and reviews here.

Where are your products made?

All of our skincare products are made here in Utah, United States.

Our Volume Mascara, Lip stains, and Power Patches are made by an FDA approved, overseas manufacturing partner. The reason we have to make them over there is because of specific machinery availability. But, because the facility is FDA approved and regulated it must follow the same guidelines and protocols as our facility here in Utah.

Do your products contain fragrance? 

None of our skincare products contain added fragrance. They are made from clean ingredients and are eco-friendly. Because of the lack of added fragrance in some of our products, you may experience a different kind of smell than you're used to, but the benefits of leaving harsh chemical fragrance out of your skincare far outweigh any adjustment to the smell of fragrance-free skincare.

Our perfumes and cologne contain a blend of naturally derived and safe synthetic ingredients.

Is experiencing new pimples or other reactions normal when starting DIME® products?

In many cases it can be a good thing when your skin is reacting this way to a new product in your regimen. Often this means that your skin is getting rid of the impurities that were deep in your pores. This is often referred to as "purging." As your skin begins to adjust, those pores will be less noticeable, and the blemish formation should lessen. We recommend continuing to use the products until you are through this phase, as we know that with time your skin will truly love the products, and their clean ingredients.  

Are your products safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding?

None of the ingredients in our products have been banned to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. We always recommend consulting with a physician before use.

What adjustments can I make if my skin is feeling oily after using new DIME® products for a short time? 

We all have different types of skin. As such, you may react differently to DIME products as compared to another user. If you are experiencing oily skin we always recommend ensuring that you are using the line of products correctly.  

It may sound counter intuitive, however, it is very important to ensure that you are applying moisturizer to your skin, even if you have naturally oily skin. This is because your skin is trying to compensate for the dryness that it may be experiencing, by producing extra oils, if you are not applying a moisturizer to your skin.  

What do I do if my product was broken in transit? 

If you have purchased our shipping protection it will protect you in cases of broken, stolen, and missing packages. If you experience this issue, and you have purchased with shipping insurance, please contact customer service at hello@dimebeautyco.com.

If your package has been broken due to shipping and handling, and you did not purchase shipping protection, we are not responsible for this issue per our shipping terms which you can see here
