Why am I experiencing pimples/reactions after using the products?
So, in cases like this it can actually be a good thing when your skin is reacting with pimples. This means that your skin is getting rid of the impurities that were deep in your pores. As your skin begins to adjust, those pores will be less noticeable, as well as the pimples, reduced. We recommend continuing to use the products, as we know that with time your skin will truly love the products, and their clean ingredients.
We also recommend doing a "double Cleanse" this means that you wash your face two times a day with the Cleanser. The first wash helps to get off the dirt, makeup, pollution, etc. The second wash will then actually clean the impurities deep into your skin, this also can help reduce the bumps and pimples.
Are your products safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Yes, because all of our formulas are made with clean, healthy ingredients our products have been deemed safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding! However, because each situation is different, we always suggest to consult with your physician to ensure that it is indeed the case for you.
Why does my skin feel oily after using the products for a short time?
We all have different types of skin. As such, you may react differently to DIME products as compared to one of your friends. If you are experiencing oily skin we always recommend ensuring that you are using the line of products correctly.
It may sound counter intuitive, however, it is very important to ensure that you are applying moisturizer to your skin, even if you have naturally oily skin. This is because your skin is trying to compensate for the dryness that it may be experiencing, by producing extra oils, if you are not applying a moisturizer to your skin.
What do I do if my product was broken in transit?
If your package has been broken due to shipping and handling, unfortunately we are not responsible for this issue per our shipping terms which you can see here. However, if you have purchased our Route shipping protection it will protect you in cases of broken, stolen, and missing packages. What if my cream pump is not working?
The first suggestions we would have would be to check to see if the tube portion of the pump is connected to the pump. If so, the next step would be to check to see if the pump or tube is clogged for some reason. Take it out and try and run some water through it. If water is coming out and pumping then try it again in the cream. If you still don't have success with those try shaking the bottle a little bit or kind of stirring the cream. What could happen is a "cream funnel" which essentially just means there is a tunnel of air in the cream not allowing for it to pump. What if I don’t like the smell of the clean, unscented products?
We believe that our products are the best on the market right now! They are made from clean ingredients and are eco-friendly. Our skincare products also do not contain synthetic fragrance, as they are extremely harmful for our skin. We know that at times the fragrance can be hard to get used to, however, we always say that a good product will not always smell "delicious." I know that this might sound funny, however, artificial fragrances are truly very harsh to use on our skin.
Do your products help with acne?

Where are your products made?
All of our skincare products are made here in Utah, United States.
Our Volume Mascara, Lip stains, and Power Patches are made by our sister company overseas which is FDA approved and regulated. The reason we have to make them over there is because of specific machinery availability. But, because the facility is FDA approved and regulated it must follow the same guidelines and protocols as our facility here in Utah.
